Natalie Holland is a Norwegian realist painter recognized for her portraiture and strong interpretations of the female figure.

 

She studied at the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts, began her career in Norway, and later attended the studio of Odd Nerdrum in Oslo. Her work has since been shown internationally, with exhibitions in Norway, Italy, the USA, the UK, and Spain.

 

She spent over a decade living in London, where her paintings were selected for the BP Portrait Award and repeatedly shown by the Royal Society of Portrait Painters, the Royal Institute of Oil Painters, and the Society of Women Artists.

 

Her work is part of the permanent collection at the European Museum of Modern Art (MEAM) in Barcelona. In 2020 she won first prize and first place at ModPortrait, the leading international competition dedicated to portrait painting, held in Barcelona.
